CSS stylesheet selector

I added a CSS stylesheet selector to the About page. You can now switch the website design. SWEET!!! There is a lot to do in the Internet Explorer compatibility checking... *rolls eyes*
The website is now in Strict XHTML

It took me a while to switch all the Tribes and Paint Shop Pro pages to the new CSS design. But it was worth the effort. I'll now spend some time to enhance the CSS design which will be applied to all the pages automatically. SWEET!!!

I'm in the process of using a CSS charter on all the page of the website. Most of the painfull part is behind me... so there is only page porting for now. The complete site should be up and running by the end of the week.

This new version of the script pack brings:
- 5 new scripts. (Export, Focus Split, PanoRotate, PanoSplit and Stacker)
- 9 new support functions. (ExifAutoRotate, PSPVersionCheck, PanoSplit, ProRata, EXIFtoString, StringDefault, PanoRotate, Position and Stacker)
